Mixational was not born from circumstance. She was always coming.

Chanera Pierce grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where food and beverage were not just industries, they were the bedrock of culture. The kitchen table, the church reception hall, and the backyard cookout were where community happened, where celebration lived, and where people showed up fully for one another. That early understanding of hospitality as something deeply human never left her.

After relocating to New York City, Chanera built a career across multiple industries, but the pull toward craft, experience, and bringing people together followed her everywhere. When life rearranged itself and created space, she did not hesitate. She leaned into her passion for craft beverage, her instinct for elevated experience, and her conviction that the bar deserved to be treated as the centerpiece of any great event, not an afterthought.

It paid off. Mixational's professionalism and innovative cocktail menus caught the attention of individuals and major brands alike, securing partnerships with multi-million dollar companies and serving thousands of guests across all five boroughs within one year.

As a queer, Black woman operating in a space that has historically not made room for founders who look like her, Chanera built Mixational anyway with precision, care, and a standard of excellence that speaks for itself.

Chanera did not pivot. She arrived.
